When your computer, laptop or software issue cannot be resolved remotely we will visit you promptly and attempt to fix at your home or business. If this is the case you will not be charged for the time spent on the remote session where we were unable to resolve the issue.

If the PC technician in the unlikely event is unable resolve your technical issue with the use of additional diagnostic tools or computer parts we will discuss the solutions with you and take your computer to our hi-tech repair centre, repair your computer and return it to you promptly. We know how important your computer or laptop is to you and will return it fully tested as quickly as possible.
Before any work is done we will give you a price to make the repairs and once you have agreed to the price we will then carry out the work. If we uncover any unforeseen problem that affects the quoted rate we will stop work and contact you immediately.
